Doce Lunas offers flexible options for weddings. First off, they have a few basic packages you can choose from that include everything from accommodations, decorations, cake, flowers, officiant arrangements, and even airport transfers. These packages make it easy to plan a stress-free wedding in Costa Rica, even from afar.
For those who would like more options, customized packages can be crafted to perfectly suit your desires. After all, it’s your wedding and you want to enjoy it on your terms!
Doce Lunas also offers the services of an expert wedding coordinator with over 25 years of experience. Their coordinator is from the U.S., so you can be sure you’re getting someone who understands what people from the U.S. are looking for in terms of service standards, etc.
If you prefer, however, Doce Lunas also allows you to rent the facilities and hire your own coordinator. They don’t want to ever make you feel boxed into a corner, your wedding is all about you!
The venue offers some stunning ceremony locations on-site. If you have your heart set on a beach ceremony, they also offer beach wedding packages.
Reception Space
The rustic restaurant with its cathedral-style ceiling is a pretty spectacular space to host a reception of up to 200 guests. Enjoy tropical flavors with locally-sourced food that will delight your senses. The hotel is also working on its own hydroponic garden to offer delicious flavors grown right on the property.
The reception center offers a hardwood-floor that is perfect for dancing. Plus, because of the hotel’s unique position slightly elevated above the town and tucked in the jungle, the area enjoys temperatures a few degrees cooler than down in the town where it can get quite hot and muggy.
If you prefer a different kind of scenery for your reception, the pool area can host up to 200 guests (100 for dining).
Getting Ready at Doce Lunas
Although you can travel off-site if you want a beach or church ceremony, Doce Lunas has everything conveniently on-site to help your entire day go off without a hitch. That includes places for getting ready. The bride and her girls can take advantage of the on-site salon to get all dolled up for the big day without having to run into town.
Also on-site is a five-room spa and yoga center. With a focus on nature and wellness, you should expect a good yoga center at this hotel, and the top-notch facilities certainly don’t disappoint.
In short, Doce Lunas has everything you could need for a relaxing and stress-free wedding right on-site — and that includes the days before and after the wedding.
