Tasia and Bart wanted to keep their wedding simple and private. Just the two of them at one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful spots.

They picked Nauyaca Waterfalls for their Costa Rica elopement ceremony. This place was perfect for them as they love the outdoors and nature.

Tasia had dreamed of visiting Costa Rica for ten years. Bart was born in Nicaragua and wanted to see somewhere new that neither of them had been before. Costa Rica was the perfect choice.

The couple met five years ago in math class in college. They started as classmates helping each other study. Later they found out they lived just a few blocks from each other. They were both hard workers with the same life goals. They dated through college and graduated side by side.

On their wedding day, they were both excited about everything. The ceremony, seeing the waterfall, and saying their vows in front of such an amazing view. Tasia said it couldn’t get any better for her.

Bart was looking forward to creating a special moment of peace at the falls. He wanted to take in the moment while looking into Tasia’s eyes as they got married.

We did their ceremony right in front of the lower falls. The sound of the water and the green jungle around us made it feel like we were in our own private world.

After the ceremony, we explored the lower and upper falls. At the upperfalls, Tasia and Bart braved the mist and jumped in the water.

The waterfall backdrop was exactly what they wanted. No crowds, no stress, just them and the beauty of Costa Rica. It was the perfect way for these two nature lovers to start their married life together.
