Wedding at Alma del Pacifico Beach Hotel

Last month I got a call from Alma del Pacifico Beach Hotel asking if I could shoot an elopement at their beach the very next day!  Naturally I thought something had happened to the original photographer, but it was much more interesting than that.  Apparently, Gabriellah and Kito had seen a wedding at the hotel the previous afternoon, and had decided right then and there to get married the next day.  As they were already vacationing at the secluded hotel, they decided it would be the perfect setting for their elopement.

The staff at the hotel got everything organized, and the ceremony was as emotional as weddings I have photographed that had been in the planning for years.  This is also due to the awesome energy Gabriellah and Kito have with each other.  After the elegant ceremony, we went on a walk to take advantage of the last rays of sunlight.  When we got back to the ceremony area, there was a lovey candlelit dinner set up on the beach.  There’s nothing like drinking champagne with your feet in the sand.
