Private Wedding Villa

Last month I was honored to be the photographer for Melissa and Matt’s wedding held at the beautiful Villa Celaje that overlooks the ocean. Celaje is a word in Spanish that means the bright colors of the sky during sunset. The villa lived up to its name and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous.

Melissa and Matt are such an amazing and friendly couple, and they decided to have a super intimate wedding at a private Villa in Manuel Antonio with just their closest friends.

I felt so honored to be the photographer at such an emotional event with this select group of people.  As expected, the ceremony was very moving, with everyone in attendance tearing up.

Afterward, there were a couple of toasts and just enough time for some family photos before the portrait session with the bride and groom.

It was obvious that Melissa and Matt are incredibly comfortable together and could just enter their own world and interact, and I could just move around and catch interesting moments. The day ended with some gorgeous colors in the sky as the sun went down over the Pacific.
