Engagement Proposal at Langosta Beach, in Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Jay called me as he and his girlfriend Britney were staying at Ocho Bungalows in Tamarindo, and he was looking for a more intimate beach near Tamarindo for to propose.

I recommended Playa Langosta for a portrait session, as there are always way less people there, and in the dry season there are amazing sunsets.

Jay told Britney that he planned for a couple portrait shoot, as they were vacationing in such a beautiful part of the coastline. We did a couple of fun photos to make Britney think it was a normal session, and then Jay popped the question. It was such an intimate moment, and it was great to be so close to capture the emotion.

After the proposal, we had time to explore the beach and the weather was perfect for a really dramatic sunset.
