A Delightful Garden Wedding at Costa Verde’s Grassy Knoll

Brandy and Seamus are an amazing couple who decided to get married in Costa Rica with their closest friends and family.

As seasoned travelers, they had come to Costa Rica the year before and fell in love with the place. They thought it would be a great idea to have a wedding there and give their families a chance to travel as well.

Brandy and Seamus say that this way their family could join them for the biggest adventure of their lives. Costa Rica opened up a whole new world of adventure and kindness to them and they wanted to share that with their families.

The grassy knoll area of the Costa Verde Hotel is a hidden away garden on the hotel grounds. It was the perfect setting for this intimate garden wedding ceremony. The garden feels very private, but at the same time has a gorgeous view of the hills and ocean.

Moreover, at this time of year, the sun sets right over the hills into the Pacific. As you can see by the photos, Mother Nature did not disappoint in giving us a spectacular backdrop for their portraits.

A Joyful Couple

When Brandy and Seamus are together, they are always laughing and joking around, which always makes for awesome photos. Their interactions with each other are so genuine and caring, and I was honored to have the chance to be able to capture some of those moments.
