La Mariposa Hotel: The Crown Jewel of Outdoor Wedding Venues in Manuel Antonio

Lucky for me, my first wedding at La Mariposa Hotel, in Manuel Antonio, was with the great looking couple, Anu and Thomas. This always helps the wedding photos turn out nice 😉 But apart from that, Anu and Thomas are a super laid back couple with an incredible relationship with their son and their family as a whole. This can be clearly seen in the photos and you can see how comfortable they all are with each other.

We started the wedding day at 5 AM. As Anu and her family are Indian, they chose to have an early morning ceremony with traditional attire to bless the marriage. It was a clear morning and a beautiful ceremony at one of the most incredible outdoor wedding venues in Manuel Antonio.

I met back with them later in the day for the exchange of vows in the late afternoon. The chosen spot had a gorgeous view of Manuel Antonio and the little islands just off the shore. It was an intimate ceremony, and afterward we had some time to head down to the beach with just the wedding couple.

There were a lot of people enjoying the beach, but we were able to find some secluded spots. As Thomas is a surfer, we got a couple of shots of he and Anu with some surfboards as the sun lowered over the Pacific.
