An Epic Costa Rica Resort Wedding to Remember
Last month I was honored to be the photographer at Erin and Paul’s Costa Rica all inclusive wedding at Riu Palace Resort in Guanacaste. By coincidence it turns out that Erin went to high school with another wedding couple of mine from last year.
More of a coincidence is that they also went to high school with some friends of mine who I see every year at the Canada Photography Convention in Vancouver. We didn’t realize it until Erin saw that I commented on one of her friend’s posts in Facebook.
This wedding was made of a real tight group of friends and family. As Paul is a firefighter, a lot of his firefighter buddies were in the wedding party. They totally helped get the party started at the reception later in the night.
The wedding ceremony itself was very sweet with the beautiful Pacific Ocean in the background. Afterwards we had time for some family photos and photos with friends, before going on a walk for a portrait session with just Erin and Paul. Later at the reception, the speeches also provided some excellent photo ops as all the speakers cried during their toasts. It was an excellent day spent with such a cool group of people.
Can you imagine relaxing and letting somebody else handle your wedding planning? No stress and all the fun of getting married. That’s what happens when you choose a Costa Rica all inclusive wedding. Even your vacation arrangements are taken care of!
That’s what this couple did and you can see that they had a great time enjoying their special day without extra fuss. Yet they still got a gorgeous day unique to them as a couple.
