Each of the 27 suites are tucked into the jungle with a private entrance. Hotel Makanda promises peace and privacy and they go the extra mile to make this happen.

Many of them have private balconies and pools so you can take a private dip with your sweetie. You can even have your breakfast in the pool. The staff brings a floating tray laden with fresh fruit, your choice of main dishes, and mimosas or Boody Marys as well as juice and coffee. 

The accommodations are so amazing you could literally spend your entire honeymoon in the room!

Amenities

For those that want to venture out, the hotel offers plenty of things to do. The staff is happy to arrange excursions such as ziplining, visiting a waterfall, going parasailing, or enjoying a private catamaran experience.
